Biltema is a family-owned company with a passion for work and pride in our team. In Finland, over 550 enthusiastic staff work across 24 stores during peak seasons. We opened new Biltema stores in Kouvola, Porvoo and Lohja in 2025, and Hämeenlinna in 2026, with more expansions planned. We are seeking energetic part-time salespeople for Hämeenlinna store, supporting Biltema Cafe and the shop floor. Duties include customer service, cash handling, stocking, store presentation, and maintaining cleanliness. Requirements include customer-service orientation, good interpersonal skills, being of legal age, willingness to work various shifts (morning, evening, weekends), hygienic training or willingness to obtain it, and experience in retail customer service is advantageous. Finnish and/or Swedish language skills to serve customers in all situations. The pay is based on the Kaupan työehtosopimus with hourly wage 11.16–14.93 EUR and additional evening/weekend bonuses. Start date per agreement.
