Excavator Operator, long-term employment (Northern Pirkanmaa) Application period 28.07.2026 – 11.08.2026 We are looking for a skilled and positive excavator operator for our client in the Northern Pirkanmaa region. If you like it when the results of your work are visible years later – this place could be for you. Work starts as a rental employment through us and starts immediately once a suitable person is found, with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee of our client after successful cooperation. Work is available at least until the turn of the year 2026-2027. What the work entails: Diverse earthworks, such as: • foundation work for halls and detached houses • yard construction • making foundations for sewer lines • Work sites are located in Virrat, Ruovesi, Parkano, etc. You will mainly work with a crawler excavator, but you will also get to use a wheeled excavator if necessary. 3D machine control is used in the equipment, but proficiency is not essential – the most important thing is the desire to learn and develop your own work. What we hope for from you: • some experience in using an excavator • a careful approach to work and a good sense of quality • your own car for commuting • an honest attitude and the ability to work independently Working hours: • 40 h / week • Mon-Fri, mainly 7.00–15.30 • payment according to the infrastructure sector's TES and salary requests are taken into account Why you should grab this: Our client takes good care of the equipment and the work crew has remained the same for a long time and the crew works with a good vibe.
