Industrial painter / powder painter – Turku\nWe are seeking an industrial painter / powder painter for our client in Turku. The role focuses on powder coating of metal products. You will work as part of a production team where coated parts and products vary. You will get to work in a modern metal industry production environment and learn different stages of powder coating. Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting is a plus, but not required. If you are motivated, thorough and eager to learn, training can be provided. Key tasks include: powder coating of metal parts and thin-walled products; hanging and unloading parts; pretreatment of parts to be painted; various stages of the painting process; inspection of finish and quality; other tasks in the powder coating and production as needed. This is practical production work where carefulness and good workmanship matter. What we expect from you: previous experience in powder coating, industrial painting or other painting tasks is a plus; metal industry education or work experience is advantageous; energetic and proactive attitude; meticulousness and precision; good attitude and willingness to learn; readiness for physical production work. There is no need for prior powder coating experience. If you are open, motivated and ready to learn, the employer can train you. The position is suitable for someone with metal industry education, production experience, or someone who wants to learn a new trade. We offer a fixed-term employment at least until the end of 2026 and potential continuation; onboarding and necessary training; opportunity to learn powder coating and improve your skills; pay around €12–€14 per hour depending on competence, training and experience; start date as agreed; initially day shift with potential for 2-shift work later.
