Project Manager

Within Ship Electrification Solutions, we are a total supplier of electric and hybrid solutions for the marine industry. We are looking for a Project Manager with knowledge of marine industry and electrical power systems to deliver innovative electrical system projects, including battery hybrid and full electric solutions, for newbuild ships and retrofit upgrades. The role involves leading project teams through all phases from design to delivery and commissioning, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring project success in terms of cost, quality, and schedule. The position is permanent and located in Stord, Norway or Vaasa, Finland. Key responsibilities include managing project lifecycle, engineering, procurement, commissioning, and customer satisfaction. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in electrical/systems/automation, experience in marine electrical/automation systems, project management experience, and good English skills.
