Responsibilities
- Lead project management for rail deep construction and track alignment projects
- Manage projects from planning to commissioning
- Develop technical solutions in collaboration with other domains (rail technology)
- Ensure cost, quality and schedule targets are met
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to the project team
- Support business development for new projects
- Gain deeper knowledge of planning processes and construction phase planning
- Apply BIM in railway projects
Requirements
- Completed civil engineering degree (ETH/FH)
- Interest in rail construction / track and alignment
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field
- Experience in successful project leadership
- Willingness to undertake related trainings including BIM projects
- Strong team, communication and motivation skills
- Independent and efficient work style
- Excellent written and spoken German; additional languages a plus
