We are looking for a part-time (90%) healthcare assistant to Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue for initial placement at Sandbo, Kruunupyy. As a healthcare assistant at the Sandbo elderly housing unit, you will work in a team consisting of a nurse and other healthcare assistants in a three-shift operation. Eligibility: a healthcare assistant qualification or a qualification under the Decree on Healthcare Professionals (564/1994) or the Government Decree on Social Welfare Professionals (153/2016). Proficiency in both national languages (spoken and written). Applicants who have completed a healthcare assistant degree are required to be registered in both professional registers of the fire and police authorities, Terhikki and Suosikki. The selected candidate must have a valid vaccination certificate under the Communicable Diseases Act (1227/2016) §48 and present an extract from the criminal record as referred to in the Criminal Records Act §6(2). A probationary period applies.
