Not all situations are urgent, but the responsibility is always present, making the work meaningful. We are recruiting for Suomen Huoltopäivystys for a permanent full-time position in the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Responsibilities
- Serve property companies and residents in the Helsinki area in various maintenance and disturbance situations
- Some issues resolved by phone, others require on-site visits
- Handle acute property-technical disturbances
- Advise residents and provide guidance
- Cooperate with authorities when necessary
- Independent situation assessment and decision-making
- Work is performed with calm and responsibility even in surprising situations
- On-call schedule includes weekday evenings and 24-hour weekends/holidays
- Shifts can be done from home
Requirements
- Experience in building maintenance or similar practical tasks
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills for customer interactions
- Responsible and reliable work attitude
- Clean background
- B driving license
