Manager, AI – Global Supply Are you passionate about transforming business through Artificial Intelligence? We are looking for a Manager, AI to lead AI opportunity development and value realization across Valmet’s Global Supply. In this role, you will act as the primary representative for AI-related initiatives, helping identify, prioritize, implement, and scale AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. In this role, you will Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases to address strategic priorities. Develop business cases, value drivers, KPIs, and success criteria for AI initiatives. Lead AI initiatives from concept validation to business value realization. Track the business impact of deployed AI solutions, including productivity improvements, cost savings, quality improvements, and risk reduction. Promote alignment with enterprise architecture, security requirements, governance standards, and Responsible AI principles. Drive reuse of successful AI solutions and develop common methods, templates, and best practices. Provide coaching and training within context of AI We expect from you University degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or another relevant field. Experience in leading AI or digital transformation initiatives from opportunity identification to implementation Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in solving business challenges and creating measurable business value. Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI use cases, business cases, and implementation roadmaps. Understanding of data governance, analytics, and AI adoption practices Experience influencing and leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority. Fluent English communication skills; additional language skills are considered an advantage. To succeed in this role You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivering results.
