Our market offerings include Strategic Transformation, Growth Strategy, Innovation & Ventures, Business Design & Configuration. What we look for: the ability to think strategically and creatively, combine business strategy and analysis with articulating new ideas; strong storytelling; curiosity; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proven experience from leading strategy/management consulting; ability to travel and work outside normal hours; proficiency in Swedish and English; knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus; MBA or equivalent degree is expected.

Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience from leading strategy/management consulting
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience leading and driving workstreams and/or projects
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and diverse teams
- Ability to drive business
- Willingness to work outside normal hours and travel as needed
- Willingness to travel to and work in various challenging environments
- Interest in core industries: consumer, financial services, energy, commodities, industry, sustainability and Analytics/AI
- Academic degree (e.g., MBA, civil engineering, industrial economics) with strong academics or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication in Swedish and English
- Knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus
