The role involves both housing support services in Sallа at TupasWillan daytime activity unit and weekly travel to Myllytupa housing support units in Kemijärvi. As a disability support worker you will participate in planning, implementation and development of unit activities and customer guidance. You will act as a social welfare expert in multi-disciplinary customer situations and contribute to the drafting of various implementation plans as part of a multidisciplinary team. The position is day work. We want you to be yourself and bring an enthusiastic mindset, willingness to develop yourself and tackle new challenges. Education: you must be a licensed professional in social work, gerontology or rehabilitation guiding. The employment conditions follow the SOTE contract; a 6-month trial period applies.
