We are looking for a motivated Systems Specialist to join us in a permanent position. You will be responsible for Titania superuser services together with the working time management team and work actively with customers. We offer varied duties that allow you to develop into a skilled Titania superuser.
Your role can be tailored to some extent to your skills, strengths and interests, and you can influence how the work is done. You will also ensure that work is properly documented, reported and communicated. We exist for our customers, so system maintenance and development must be customer-oriented.
You will not be left on your own. Skilled and supportive colleagues will back you up in customer projects and ongoing service delivery. At Sarastia, we have a strong team spirit and a shared goal of succeeding. Employee well-being and ability to work are extremely important to us. You can come to work as yourself and genuinely influence your own work in an encouraging atmosphere. We solve problems together and help one another. We have several offices around Finland. We offer extensive and flexible remote-work opportunities, but hope that you can work at one of our offices an average of one to two days per week.
Skills that will help you succeed:
- Previous experience as a Titania superuser
- Experience in function-based shift planning and optimisation in Titania
- Experience in training
- A customer-oriented approach
- Self-direction and a solution-focused mindset
- Resilience under pressure and good problem-solving skills, working together with the team
- Good interaction and collaboration skills, and an enthusiastic and inspiring attitude
- Experience in project work
We also value:
- Experience in information systems development and operations, especially integrations
- Knowledge of municipal collective agreements
- A results-driven and energetic approach; ability to handle challenging, varied and rapidly changing situations, with good negotiation and collaboration skills
- Experience using artificial intelligence at work
What we offer:
- The opportunity to work on varied and interesting duties while actively developing your skills
- An encouraging work environment that supports development, with skilled colleagues and manager support
- The opportunity to influence how work is done
- Comprehensive employer benefits and broad occupational healthcare
- Modern work tools and flexible remote-work opportunities
