Personal Assistant

Heippa! We’re seeking a dedicated personal assistant to join Onni in Kuopio for a permanent position. As a personal assistant, you’ll help clients live their own life with dignity, assisting with daily tasks at home and in community settings. Numerous clients vary in needs; duties are tailored to each client’s condition and support requirements. The job is diverse and may involve multiple assignments in a single day. No professional education or prior experience required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key. Onni provides comprehensive onboarding through Onni Assistant Academy and ongoing guidance from your team supervisor. Work typically involves two shifts on weekdays and weekends, with shift lengths from two hours upward. You can work part-time or gig-based, arranged to suit your life situation. We consider both client needs and assistant preferences to pair them; first shift may be a orientation shift, after which both parties can assess collaboration. If you wish, you can work with multiple clients by coordinating schedules. Requirements: B2 Finnish, driving license and own car usable if needed, and being of legal age.
