We are seeking two skilled and motivated nurses for a permanent contract in the new Vaativan kuntoutuksen osasto 4C at Jorvin hospital, moving into modern facilities in September. The duties will begin 1 Oct 2026 or as agreed. The unit cares for and rehabilitates subacute spinal injury patients. Patients come by referral for multidisciplinary continuous rehabilitation mainly from Uusimaa and South Finland. Nursing work is varied, demanding and professionally rewarding. As a nurse you are responsible for the holistic care of your assigned patients and for delivering high quality care tailored to individual needs. Your work is versatile and responsible. You plan, implement and evaluate nursing care independently, but in close collaboration with the rest of the multidisciplinary team. You are an active part of the multidisciplinary work community and ensure seamless cooperation with physicians and other professionals for the patient’s best possible care and rehabilitation. The work is three-shift. We expect from you: enthusiasm and development-minded attitude; good interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse people; active participation in teamwork; willingness to develop the smoothness and quality of nursing care. The job-specific salary is 3218.18 €/month and possible experience plus other supplements.
