Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated customer service agent for our Finnish customer service team. You are used to a fast-paced work rhythm, empathetic and confident as a customer service professional, and eager to help customers and provide them with answers. You will quickly familiarize yourself with new processes and systems. You are a true team player, solution-oriented, and able to establish contacts easily. You take responsibility and ensure that customers receive the best possible service. We offer you a chance to develop in a large international company and the Edenred lunch and activity card. The main responsibility is to provide high-quality service to our customers, handling calls related to package deliveries, arranging pick-ups, invoice inquiries, complaints, and package tracking. Qualifications: experience in customer service is preferred; good MS Office skills; ability to juggle many open items; goal-oriented; strong verbal and written Finnish and English. Transportation industry experience is a plus. Details: full-time, 37.5 hours per week; shifts Mon-Fri 8:00–20:00, mainly day shifts 8:00–16:00; partial remote work available; reports to customer service team supervisor in Finland.
