The work combines customer service and problem-solving, and you will handle a variety of customer situations. - Receive and resolve first-line IT support requests - Provide customer service by phone and through electronic channels - Support and manage end-user devices - Manage users and troubleshoot in the Microsoft 365 environment - Document support requests and manage their lifecycle We are looking for - Strong systematic troubleshooting skills, especially in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments - Approximately two to three years of previous experience in Service Desk or IT support roles - Fluency in Finnish and English - A customer-oriented and independent approach to work We value - Experience in end-user device management, particularly Microsoft Intune - An interest in IT To succeed in the role, you are customer-oriented and systematic. You make independent and confident decisions related to problem-solving within the limits of your expertise.
