We are hiring a project manager to lead a team and manage autonomous machines and electrical engineering projects at Oulu University of Applied Sciences (OAMK) within the RDI unit. The role includes guiding projects according to the project plan, coordinating with domain experts, actively participating in national and international projects, and contributing to ideation and preparation of new projects. The team leader role includes communicating current issues and addressing staff competency and wellbeing development, as well as forecasting resource needs and preparing staff work time schedules in collaboration with the RDI manager. The position requires industrial equipment design experience, project management skills, and familiarity with project management tools. Proficiency in English as the working language is required. A master’s degree or equivalent is required. The contract is permanent and full-time with a six-month probation period. The salary and terms are governed by the Ammattikorkeakoulun työehtosopimus.
