Restaurant Shift Manager

Seinäjoki’s Kivistö shopping centre is renewing in 2026, and we will open a completely new restaurant world in the building. The new dining complex to be built next to S-market will provide a cosy meeting place for lunch guests, shoppers taking a break during their shopping, and families. Guests will be served by Hesburger Drive In and Rosso Pizza. We are now seeking two shift managers for this brand new restaurant world. In this role you will work as a shift manager at both Hesburger and Rosso Pizza, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high-quality customer experience for both restaurants. The positions are permanent, part-time with 90 hours over 3 weeks. As a shift manager you will lead a shift together with other supervisors, guiding and supporting employees to succeed in their tasks and ensuring a quality customer experience. The responsibilities are varied within the restaurant sector, and you will participate broadly in the restaurant’s operations, processes, and everyday efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in building and opening a completely new restaurant world. You will have the support of a capable supervisory team, hands-on onboarding, and an opportunity to develop your own skills in supervisory work. We expect you to have experience, training, or skills in the varied tasks of the restaurant industry. Prior supervisory or responsible-role experience is considered advantageous. You bring a friendly, service-minded attitude and a hands-on approach. Motivation to lead sales, customer service, and restaurant processes. Good communication skills and the ability to inspire others. Willingness to take on responsibility and work in shifts during restaurant opening hours. Finnish language skills.
