We are now seeking for a motivated machine installer for our client Firmus Partners Oy to perform mobile installations around the Helsinki region, in a permanent and long-term employment. Previous experience in similar tasks is not required, as you will receive thorough onboarding. Firmus Partners Oy, founded in 2010, provides a range of on-site installation services. These include facade services, work-site lifts, mast platforms, site electrical work, and related planning, installation, maintenance, and expert services. In 2024 the company’s turnover was about 2.7 million EUR, with around 25 installers currently employed. Your workdays will be on-site at construction sites around the Helsinki area performing installations of various construction machines and devices. Installations may include passenger and freight lifts as well as mast platforms, and you should be prepared to work at heights. The work is mainly mechanical, with electrical tasks depending on your training. Work is weekdays, Monday to Friday, day-shift. The employment follows the Building Industry Collective Agreement (Rakennusalan TES) and is permanent and full-time. After onboarding you may participate in on-call duties roughly every 4–5 weeks. We value prior experience in construction tasks or other installations, willingness to grow as a machine installation professional, experience with basic hand tools, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. You should also hold a B-driver’s license and a valid occupational safety card.
