Kitchen Workshop

Kitchen workshop, on-the-job training, and Youth workshops. Do you like cooking or baking? Are you interested in cafe work? At the Kitchen Workshop you will prepare daily lunch for the whole workshop community in a professional kitchen. In the popular Kuussa cafe you will practice making specialty coffees and customer service. During the work trial you will complete a hygiene pass. The work trial includes small-group coaching and physical activity. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00. You will receive support for handling matters and planning your future, such as applying for work or study opportunities. Youth Workshops are intended for residents of Vantaa who are unemployed jobseekers aged 18–28. Guidance is provided in Finnish. Language skills must be sufficient to understand instructions in Finnish.
