We are seeking a leader for group training at SATS in Bergen. As Cluster GX Manager you will be responsible for developing and ensuring quality of the group training offering at the centers in your region, Norway West. You are an engaged and operational leader with personnel responsibility for all group training instructors, and you will also participate in the floor as an instructor in addition to your leadership role (the position is 90%). We look for someone with solid competence in group training and several years of experience as an instructor. In addition, experience as a leader and with personnel responsibilities is advantageous. You know what it takes to create growth and engagement, and you inspire with clear communication, a positive attitude and solution-oriented leadership. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can prioritise and keep an overview even with many balls in the air, while noticing details. In short: you are a role model in the group training room and a confident leader for your instructors. Start date: as soon as possible or by agreement. Duties and areas of responsibility: • Group training offering: ensure that the group training meets members’ expectations with varied and engaging content; plan and optimise timetables for all centres in your cluster in line with Nordic guidelines; responsible for form filling and attestation of group hours in internal systems • Personal and communication: personnel responsibility for instructors through the career path, with emphasis on recruitment, onboarding and follow-up; coach instructors and contribute to development and quality of delivery; create an inclusive environment through clear, inspiring and relationship-building leadership; ensure SATS values are lived in daily life • Internal collaboration and activities: collaborate closely with centre managers in your cluster; actively participate in meetings and contribute across departments as needed; coordinate and administer group training for companies in cooperation with Corporate Backoffice Sales and Support Additionally you are responsible for the group training halls and related routines, and you stay professionally updated through SATS Academy and your own group sessions. Workplace is SATS centres in your cluster, and you report to Regional GX Manager. Applications will be processed continuously.
