Voraciously dedicated to early childhood education, the candidate will participate as a multidisciplinary team member in pedagogical planning, implementation and evaluation, contributing to family cooperation and child wellbeing. The role includes promoting community and belonging with guardians and other family actors, developing services and new practices, and guiding children, families and guardians. The position is based at YES Daycare (bilingual English and Finnish) in Hagelstamintie, Vantaa, with groups consisting of 8 rooms including 2 preschool groups. The employee will work in the 3-5 year age group this season. We value flexibility, positivity and teamwork. Requirements
- Qualified Varhaiskasvatuksen sosionomi (Varhaiskasvatuslain mukainen kelpoisuus)
- Good spoken and written Finnish and English
