Job Description
This is an opportunity to start a career in a large construction company where you will see how large projects are managed, how real estate development is carried out, and work with advanced systems and software. You will begin by assisting the real estate project manager in executing the company's real estate development functions, including development, design, construction, and sales of residential and other real estate objects; management of project documentation; control of economic and financial indicators, deadlines, and quality; forecasting project results and preparing monthly reports; preparing materials for completion to the state commission; executing acceptance of completed construction works from the contractor and transfer to the warranty service; change management and transfer of real estate to clients.
