Building caretaker

The role involves taking care of building maintenance, performing various maintenance and upkeep tasks, and, when needed, participating in chimney cleaning and ventilation cleaning. We are looking for someone who does not shy away from taking initiative, enjoys varied tasks, and has a good service attitude. Prior experience in property maintenance, upkeep, chimney cleaning or similar tasks is beneficial, but the most important are a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic. What your workday might include: general building maintenance and upkeep tasks; yard care and upkeep; minor repair and installation tasks; chimney cleaning and ventilation cleaning; maintenance and service tasks at client properties; other versatile property-related duties. Desired attributes: prior experience in property maintenance, upkeep, chimney cleaning or similar tasks; good customer service skills; good physical condition; Finnish language skills; proactive, responsible and active work approach; organizational skills and ability to work independently; B driving license.
