Responsibilities
- Develop web content, service descriptions and page structures, including SEO, AI search visibility and accessibility
- Implement, monitor and optimise Meta and Google advertising and campaign budgets
- Create website, social media and marketing copy, images, video and digital and printed materials
- Plan, film and edit customer-experience interviews and produce partnership-programme communications
- Prepare press releases and story pitches and work with local media
- Maintain online-store services, descriptions, prices and campaigns and improve the purchase journey
- Track web traffic, enquiries, leads, online sales and advertising performance; report findings and improvements
- Develop new-customer and lead-conversion tracking with business and customer service teams
- Produce recruitment marketing content
- Coordinate monthly Onni Club events, communications and member surveys
- Support responsibility communications, surveys, reporting and visual presentation
