KORPELAN VOIMA IS LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR FOR A PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP. Would you like to do meaningful customer service work as part of a developing energy company? Are you enthusiastic about helping customers, varied duties and learning new things? If so, you may be the new teammate we are looking for! As a customer service advisor, you play an important role in ensuring that our customers receive knowledgeable, friendly and smooth service through different channels. You have good interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to develop. Your duties include customer service, billing and handling electricity contracts in a multichannel environment. You are also a team player with a customer-focused approach and a positive attitude. To succeed in the role, you need: * Relevant education for the field and previous experience in customer service * Good collaboration skills and situational awareness * Good IT skills and an interest in using different systems * The ability to learn new things and work in a changing environment Finnish is your working language, and knowledge of English and Swedish is considered an advantage. Pay follows demand level 5 of the collective agreement for clerical employees in the energy industry, taking your previous work experience and skills into account.
