Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, operations, construction, or expansion-focused environments.
- Strong experience with project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Excel, Procore).
- Advanced Excel and financial tracking capability.
- Experience implementing and leveraging AI tools, with exposure to platforms such as Claude or development of custom agents being highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail and data accuracy.
