Kitchen workshop internship for youth workshops in Vantaa. The program offers hands-on experience in a professional kitchen and cafe setting. Participants will help prepare daily lunch for the pajayhteisö, and train in beverage preparation and customer service at the Kuussa cafe. During the internship a hygiene passport will be completed. The internship includes small-group coaching and physical activity. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00. Support is provided for arranging tasks and future plans such as finding work or studies. The Youth Workshops are aimed at unemployed residents of Vantaa aged 18–28. Instruction is in Finnish and participants must be able to understand instructions in Finnish.
