Child caregiver in early childhood education

As a caregiver, you will be part of the pedagogical team and collaborate with various multiprofessional actors. You contribute to developing an inclusive organizational culture across the unit. You demonstrate good teamwork, communicate safely and respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, and respond to each child’s individual needs.
