Night Shift Receptionist

Staffpoint is hiring a NIGHT SHIFT RECEPTIONIST for Lapland Hotels Olokselle for the winter season 2026-2027. The role involves performing all core reception duties including guest service, check-ins and check-outs, and regular night-shift tasks such as reporting and invoicing. You will also prepare the next day, verify new reservations, and supervise cleaning of public areas, beverage service at the lobby bar, and preparation for potential meetings. The position is regular night work. The work starts on 23 November 2026 and lasts until about mid-April. Lapland Hotels chain is a smoke-free workplace. Requirements include hotellier education and/or experience, knowledge of Opera hotel booking system is a plus, ability to work responsibly as part of a team and also alone on night shifts, Finnish and English language skills (French and Spanish are considered an asset), and a bartending/serving pass.
