Staffpoint is seeking a RECEPTIONIST FOR NIGHT SHIFT at Lapland Hotels Olos for the winter season 2026-2027. Your duties include all basic reception tasks, customer service, and handling check-ins and check-outs. Night shifts also involve reporting and billing tasks. Additionally, you will prepare for the next day, check new reservations, clean public areas of the hotel, serve at the lobby bar, and prepare for meetings. The work is regular night work. The employment begins on 23 November 2026 and lasts until approximately mid-April. Lapland Hotels chain is a smoke-free workplace. We appreciate: - Hotel receptionist education and/or experience in similar roles - Knowledge of the Opera hotel reservation system is an advantage - Ability to work responsibly as part of a team and independently during shifts - Finnish and English language skills; French and Spanish are considered an advantage.
