Your Responsibilities / Your role Our internal QRS organization is looking for a Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join the Client & Engagement Acceptance team in Finland, supporting our Deloitte professionals across several critical functions: client and engagement acceptance, regulatory compliance (anti-money laundering “AML” / know your customer “KYC” etc.) and conflict management. You'll be based in one of our offices, Turku, Tampere, or Helsinki—with opportunities to work remotely. In your daily work you will: * Support practitioners throughout the client and engagement acceptance process, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal policies and quality standards * Carry out client due diligence measures and KYC processes in line with regulatory requirements * Participate in AML consultations and client acceptance reviews, and play an active role in preparing for and implementing new AML regulatory requirements in our processes and systems * Manage conflict of interest check requests to ensure that new client relationships and engagements do not conflict with the existing commitments or independence requirements * Collect and interpret information from different sources and use various systems to perform risk management procedures * Contribute to the implementation of new systems and tools, helping our professionals navigate change effectively You work closely with colleagues and are part of a team in which we support and encourage each other.
