Shift Manager

We are seeking a Shift Manager for Hesburger Kastelli in Oulu for a permanent position. The contract hours are 90 hours every 3 weeks, and the start date is at the end of September 2026. You will join a fast-paced, customer-oriented team where daily work is smooth, goal-driven and varied. You will receive thorough onboarding to the shift manager duties and support from experienced colleagues to lead a shift, support the team and create a positive customer experience. Requirements include good Hesburger concept knowledge or prior team leadership experience; you are solution-oriented, positive and able to generate good vibes for customers and colleagues. You communicate fluently in Finnish and additional languages are a plus. You are clear and encouraging in communication and handle digital tools smoothly. You stay composed under pressure and bring the team together. You must be of legal working age. Shift work fits your routine, and you may work on all days between 08:00 and 00:15.
