Business Systems Analyst

About the role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support strategic initiatives across Payments and AML/Financial Crime domains. The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis skills with technical expertise to drive projects from discovery through implementation. In this role, you will: Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and delivery for Payments and AML initiatives. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories. Create and maintain BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping documents. Perform source-to-target data mapping and analyze complex datasets using SQL. Support NICE Actimize ActOne implementations, enhancements, and workflow improvements. Collaborate with AML, Compliance, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to deliver effective solutions. Support SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and production implementation activities. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to business and operational challenges.
