Sales Assistant

We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented and eager-to-learn salespeople for a permanent position as part of our motivating work community at Sector Alarm. As a Sector Alarm salesperson you play a crucial role in helping protect people’s homes, giving peace of mind to their daily lives and, at best, saving lives. Demand for home security services continues to grow, and we offer a consumer-friendly, service-based alarm system that our customers rate highly (Trustpilot 4.8/5). Your workday includes training in sales activities, planning daily goals with your supervisor, visiting different residential areas with your supervisor, initiating contact with residents, arranging home visits, meeting dozens of new people daily, and conducting customer meetings to discuss how our service can secure their everyday lives. You focus on understanding customer needs; installation is handled by a separate team. In the evenings you regroup with the team to review learnings and celebrate successes. We provide extensive training, ongoing coaching, and clear career paths both in Finland and internationally. You can expect a competitive compensation model with commissions and monthly bonuses; top earners surpass €6,000 per month, with an average around €2,200 and a record of €9,600 in a peak month in 2025. You must be at least 18, have excellent Finnish language skills, and a clean criminal record. We look for a positive attitude, strong communication skills, goal orientation, willingness to learn, teamwork, competitiveness, and reliability in daytime hours 13:00–21:00, Monday–Friday, in either full- or part-time three consecutive days.
