This vacancy is for a happy team at Keimolanmäen Daycare. The daycare operates on a home-area model with six home areas, each with two children groups and dedicated spaces. The role involves working with 1- to 3-year-olds within the early childhood education program, contributing to an inclusive learning environment, and supporting social skills development. The position emphasizes positive feedback-based guidance and collaborative team work. The team includes mixed-age early childhood educators, caregiver support staff, and specialists who assist in child support matters and work in groups according to their own schedules. A thorough orientation and potential participation in a mentoring program are offered. Typical shifts run 7:50–16:09 with one full Sak-day and a shared Sak-time once a week.
