Asuntopehtoori is a full-service property manager offering rental brokerage, property brokerage, occupancy-care services for rental homes, and property management. We are a nimble and modern operator known for excellent customer service and competitive pricing, operating in 14 cities across Finland. We are now seeking an apartment inspector/presenter for Raumalle. The duties include inspecting apartments when a tenant changes, and presenting the flat to new applicants. During inspections, the condition of the apartment is documented in detail with photography. Inspections take place after the previous tenant has moved out, when the apartment is empty. The role also includes handing over and receiving keys from tenants and photographing apartments for rental advertisements. The work is autonomous and having your own car is essential. Inspections are mainly scheduled on the last day of the month after 14:00. Salary is 12 €/hour, with kilometrikorvaus as per the Tax Administration’s current rate.
