Retail Customer Service Associate

We are looking for an experienced retail professional to join K-market Arabianranta in Helsinki to ensure we exceed customer expectations again and again. The role involves customer service, shelf replenishment, order picking for delivery service, and cashier duties, with opportunities to take on responsibility for different product categories depending on background. You will be expected to base decisions on data, and to be comfortable with terms like shrinkage, minimum inventory and gross margin. The store operates with long hours from early morning until 23:00, and is accessible by car, on foot or by public transport from a central location in Arabianranta. You should enjoy fast-paced retail, teamwork and be capable of solving problems autonomously while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude. You must speak Finnish and English fluently and be at least 18 years old. Familiarity with K Group’s store systems is a plus.
