Front Desk Worker

We are looking for front desk workers for the winter season 2026-2027 at our Rovaniemi office. Job Description: We are now seeking sales and front desk staff for our growing team. As a front desk worker, you will often be the contact point for customers and partners, so excellent customer service skills and experience are essential. The front desk employee is responsible for ensuring that communication with customers, partners, and the entire guide team is friendly, efficient, and smooth. Success in this role requires accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail even in busy moments. If you are outgoing, a good team player, and interested in working in Lapland tourism, you might be the person we are looking for! Skills and Experience: - Valid B driver's license - Fluent Finnish and English skills. Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and German are considered an advantage. - Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Experience in customer service and reservation systems is an advantage - Training will be provided before starting the job.
