Early Childhood Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic early childhood teacher to join Kielon Daycare in Vantaa. The educator listens carefully to both children and guardians and contributes to a warm, supportive, and collaborative work community where professional conduct and teamwork are valued. Our aim is to meet children and families genuinely and calmly, attending to each child's individual needs with sensitivity. By joining our team you will help create meaningful daily life for children, built on shared activities, learning, and curiosity in collaboration with the group and the team. Kielon Daycare, opened recently in February, is located in Tikkurila in the Viertola district, and is part of a service unit with Lauhatien Daycare. Our environment offers opportunities for environmental education beyond the daycare and our teaching model is based on a three-educator approach. We value a non-materialistic attitude toward diversity among children and families, and some knowledge of a foreign language is appreciated.
