The Role The Manager supports the design, development, and delivery of high-quality learning programs that build the skills and behaviors required for strong client delivery across the RPO business. This role contributes to the execution of globally aligned talent development initiatives that strengthen recruitment best practices, consulting and talent advising capabilities, and effective application of Korn Ferry’s products and services. Working under the guidance of Talent Development leadership, the Manager partners with colleagues across regions and functions to deliver engaging learning experiences for early career through management populations. With a practical, learner-centered approach, this role helps ensure learning programs remain current, relevant, and effective in supporting business priorities and talent growth. With access to two learning management systems and a broad library of learning content, the Manager supports live and virtual training delivery, assists with learning content development and updates, and helps implement programs designed to close skill gaps and enable performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities Support the delivery and facilitation of engaging, high-quality virtual and blended learning experiences aligned to global talent development priorities. Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of learning content, including facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and supporting resources. Contribute to continuous improvement of talent development programs by incorporating feedback, data, and emerging learning practices and technologies. Help ensure talent development programs, tools, and processes remain current, consistent, and scalable, supporting learning effectiveness and business outcomes. Partner with Talent Development team members to anticipate evolving skill and capability needs and support learning initiatives aligned to business objectives and internal mobility. Leverage Korn Ferry intellectual property and content, where appropriate, to enhance learning programs and reinforce consistent messaging and methodology. Support stakeholder engagement by responding to learning needs, coordinating program logistics, and helping promote awareness and adoption of available programs. Assist with program tracking and reporting, including participation metrics and learner feedback, to support evaluation of learning impact. Collaborate with global and regional Talent Development colleagues to share best practices, support program execution, and contribute to team effectiveness. Manage assigned workstreams and tasks independently while escalating risks, dependencies, or decisions as appropriate. Professional Experience / Qualifications Experience supporting and/or delivering learning or training programs, including development of learning materials and supporting resources Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning best practices Experience facilitating or co-facilitating training sessions (virtual and/or in-person) Familiarity with learning management systems and training coordination or administration Prior experience in talent acquisition, professional services, or a fast-paced client-focused environment preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work with guidance in a global, matrixed environment Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to learn and grow within the talent development field Comfort working in an evolving environment with changing priorities
