Personal Assistant

We are seeking cheerful and active job seekers to join our team as personal assistants in Espoo. The role involves helping clients with everyday tasks that they cannot perform themselves due to injury or illness. No separate training is required as comprehensive onboarding and support are provided. A positive attitude and common sense are valued. The job suits a variety of life situations and you can influence the shifts you take. You may be a retired person, a student, a healthcare professional, or someone in between. The caregiver family meets the client at regular times, making this work less of a gig and more of a long-term commitment; you can choose to work with one client or multiple clients. We offer a relaxed, responsible and meaningful job, pension and unemployment contributions, and leave compensation. You can influence work hours and duties, and you will be part of a warm and supportive work community with good onboarding. Applicants must have good social skills, a positive attitude, excellent Finnish language skills, and social and health care education or work experience is considered an advantage. We verify criminal records in accordance with the Social Welfare and Health Care Act. The salary for the position is 12.89–15.00 €/hour. We are a responsible employer and all employees are employed full-time. You will accumulate pension in your work and are entitled to also holiday pay.
