We are looking for skilled fundraisers to join our growing tele fundraising team. The role focuses on acquiring new donors through telemarketing, working in the afternoons with flexible arrangements related to studies or other commitments. The position is a permanent, part-time role based in Helsinki with hybrid workOptions. Responsibilities include communicating with potential donors, meeting targets, and collaborating with the fundraising team to secure donations. Job offers include a competitive hourly wage (13.40–15.30 €/h) with commissions for successful donor acquisitions, flexible hours (25–32.5 h/week), and a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 remote) with no fully remote option.
