We are looking for truck and tractor-trailer drivers for our client companies. We hire for roles such as waste truck drivers, food transport drivers, carton/parcel distribution drivers, moving fleet drivers, swap trailer drivers, tow-truck drivers, and full/semi-trailer drivers. Working hours are determined by the candidate’s preferences and the job tasks; there are day shifts (7-15, 8-16), evening shifts (12-22, 14-22) and night shifts. We pay a competitive wage to all drivers, with higher earnings potential especially for food transport drivers (night shift bonus) and waste truck drivers (waste bonus +5% per hour). All premiums, overtime pay, and Pekka days are paid according to AKT’s collective agreement. Hours typically accrue to about 80 hours per 2 weeks in all the above roles. Training starts adequately, depending on the candidate’s wishes and previous experience.
