Vessel Assembly Supervisor

We are currently hiring for temporary positions as Installation Supervisors for customer projects in Western Finland and Uusimaa, starting in autumn 2026 with an estimated duration of 6–12 months. As the Installation Supervisor, you will oversee daily installation work on shipyard and vessel projects, ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with project schedules. Your responsibilities include: supervising installation work and directing on-site teams; coordinating subcontractors and installers; ensuring site safety; inspecting and documenting installation quality; tracking schedules and reporting deviations; collaborating with clients, project management and other stakeholders. We expect you to have relevant technical training (engineer, technician or equivalent), experience in industrial or shipbuilding installation and supervision, fluency in Finnish and English, a systematic and proactive work approach, and strong interpersonal skills.
