Property Maintenance Worker

In this role you will be responsible for a range of property maintenance and repair tasks. You will mainly work in residential buildings and their outdoor areas, ensuring spaces function properly and the grounds are kept tidy. We are looking for someone with experience in the property sector; a solid professional is not strictly required, as basic knowledge and a willingness to learn are enough. Good Finnish language skills are important, as Finnish is the language used for supervision. A strong work ethic, independence, reliability and good social skills are valued to handle interactions even in challenging situations. We also view property-related education as a plus. The employer promises a salary in line with the property services TES, paid twice a month, with a induction period and appropriate work gear; daily support and opportunities for professional development and progression.
