The role of Supply Planner involves managing material flow planning and purchasing for the company’s own product portfolio based on a defined demand forecast. You will ensure KPI targets are achieved to support sales goals, service level targets, and inventory turnover requirements. Key tasks include planning, executing, and monitoring purchases of finished goods, accessories, raw materials, and inputs; independently handling contacts with principals, suppliers, forwarders, 3PL providers and customs authorities; participating in cross-functional forecast and planning meetings; continuously overseeing and revising orders and inbound deliveries based on changing needs or disruptions in logistics and production; actively preventing obsolescence, stockouts and surplus and initiating sales actions and changes to safety stock levels; ensuring correct warehouse accounting and collaborating with 3PL on continuous improvements of goods handling; performing administrative duties such as customs questions and closing work and ensuring relevant information is prepared and quality checked; continuously improving planning methods and participating in development projects; developing and maintaining documentation and standard procedures for the planning process; following up, reporting and communicating relevant KPIs to the rest of the organization (throughput time and inventory turnover).

- Plan and monitor procurement for finished goods, accessories, raw materials and inputs
- Maintain contacts with principals, suppliers, forwarders, 3PL and customs authorities
- Participate in cross-functional forecasting and planning meetings
- Monitor and revise orders and inbound deliveries
- Prevent obsolescence, shortages and surpluses and initiate corrective actions
- Ensure warehouse accounting accuracy and collaborate with 3PL on improvements
- Handle administrative work such as customs and year-end closing and ensure data quality
- Improve planning methods and participate in development projects
- Develop and maintain planning process documentation and standard procedures
- Report and communicate KPIs to the organization (throughput time and inventory turnover)
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in logistics, purchasing or equivalent work experience
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong computer skills with Excel and Office; SAP experience is a plus
