We are seeking energetic, goal‑oriented and development-minded salespeople for a permanent position as part of our motivating work community. As a Sector Alarm salesperson you are truly important – you help protect people’s homes, bring peace of mind to their daily lives and, at best, save lives. Home security demand continues to grow. We offer consumers and small businesses Finland’s best-reviewed service-based alarm system. Our Trustpilot rating from customers is an impressive 4.8 / 5, indicating satisfied customers. Your day-to-day work includes a split between training and field visits: you start with your team at the sales office, receive coaching from a supervisor, head to various residential areas usually with a supervisor, meet residents, and arrange visits to their homes. You will meet dozens of new people daily; the role is active and mobile with over 10,000 steps per day. At client homes you discuss how our service can protect their everyday lives; listening is as important as speaking. You are responsible for selling and the installation is handled by a separate team. In the evenings you regroup with the team to review learnings and celebrate successes. We provide extensive training and ongoing coaching, a five‑stage internal Sector Way Academy program, and clear plans to help you become a top salesperson. The role offers growth opportunities both in Finland and internationally, with several sales leaders promoted from within before a year has passed. We run sales contests and offer reward mechanisms including opportunities for training trips abroad for top performers. The compensation model links earnings to performance: base salary plus commissions and monthly bonuses. The best salespeople earn over €6,000 per month, with an average around €2,200.
