Property Maintenance Worker

We are looking for on-call employees to join our property services professionals to work on seasonal tasks in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Tasks As a property maintenance worker, you will take care of the cleanliness and safety of the outdoor areas of the customer's properties. The tasks performed in the outdoor areas vary seasonally and include, for example, lawn mowing, sand and leaf removal, and snow work performed by hand and by machine. We take care of the property maintenance of nearly 1,000 service sites, for example in schools and daycares as well as in housing companies. Succeed with us We require from you flexible availability, sufficient Finnish language skills, a B-driver's license and experience in working in physical work. We consider previous work experience in property maintenance as well as machine driving skills and the possibility of using your own car as an advantage. We pay mileage compensation for travel. A work safety card is an advantage, but we will train it for you if necessary. Interested?
