The position is particularly suitable for someone at the beginning of their career who genuinely wants to learn site supervision and actively participate in practical work. In this role, you can develop your skills in work planning, the day-to-day management of the site and practical tasks as part of a team. Together with the team, you will be responsible for the smooth progress of work on site. You will take part in guiding workers and coordinating work stages, and ensure that work proceeds safely and to a high standard. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and have the opportunity to learn alongside experienced professionals. You are a good fit if you have: Previous experience in site supervision or working as a lead worker ("kymppi") A desire to learn and develop in site supervision A proactive and responsible approach to work Good collaboration and communication skills The ability to manage your own work and prioritise tasks Willingness to take part in practical work An Occupational Safety Card Fluent Finnish It is also great, but not essential, if you have: Education or ongoing studies in the field Experience in a data center work environment We offer you: Pay in accordance with the collective agreement or better, always paid on time.
