The welfare region's operating environment is changing rapidly. Population needs are growing, resources are limited, and expectations for smooth and accessible services are increasing. Digital channels and large-scale organizational change play a central role in addressing these challenges. The welfare region of Western Uusimaa (LUVN) is the third largest welfare region in Finland and has already reformulated its services from the outset of the reform. LUVN is known nationwide for its strong economy adjustment, bold AI program, and its ambitious primary care model. We are now seeking a Change Manager for the Development and Innovations unit to lead change processes and teams as the current manager moves to new tasks within the organization. The role primarily focuses on transforming digital customer service to build customer- and professional-oriented intelligent service around LUVN. Through the role you will also build change capabilities that support the welfare region's strategic change promises. We are already taking first steps toward this direction with AI-assisted documentation and the renewal of phone services in change leadership support. The objective is to ensure these changes are implemented as planned, with appropriate change-management practices. These changes may touch all of LUVN’s social and health care service lines, so your work will reform everyday working methods in a ~10,000-employee organization. Your work affects how social and health services are produced in the future and how they are perceived by residents and professionals. You will act as a supervisor to 13 change experts and build a collaborative, productive, healthy work community. The experts you manage support the implementation of the change from planning to rollout, coordinating collaboration among actors, training, supporting deployment, and embedding the change. You will work under the change manager as part of a skilled development-oriented team including project managers, change experts and service designers. You will closely collaborate with service line and group service counterparts. In the Development and Innovations unit you will join a competent and inspiring community where ambitious goals meet a positive work culture. We value teamwork and supporting each other to succeed, and the change manager will be there to ensure you have the prerequisites to succeed in your role.
